Return & Refund Policy

Customers may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be unused and in its original condition, with the neck tag still attached.

Size or pattern exchanges are also available. A 50 THB fee will be charged for the reshipping cost.
